Der Trudo-Turm in Eindhoven ist seit 5 Jahren in Betrieb: Anlass für eine Evaluation durch die Wohnungsbaugesellschaft, den Bauunternehmer und den Gartenbaubetrieb. 

• Was waren die konkreten bautechnischen Maßnahmen? Wie hoch waren die zusätzlichen Baukosten für die Balkone? Was waren die Zusatzkosten für das Grün? Gibt es eine regelmässige Kontrolle des Zustands des Grüns? 
• Was ist der ökologische Status, gibt dieses Projekt Anlass für mehr Grün dieser Art in Projekten des Sozialbaus? Wie verhält sich die Kommunalpolitik zu diesem Projekt? 
• Gibt es Dichtungsprobleme an den Balkonen durch die Bäume? Können die Fenster gut gereinigt werden? Verdunkeln die Bäume etwa die Wohnungen?
• Wird diese Form der Begrünung von den Bewohnern geschätzt? Gibt es eine Belastung durch Insekten?

The Trudo Tower in Eindhoven has been in operation for 5 years: an occasion for an evaluation by the housing association, the contractor, and the landscaping company. 

•    What were the specific structural measures? What were the additional construction costs for the balconies? What were the additional costs for the greenery? Is there regular monitoring of the condition of the greenery? 
•    What is the ecological status? Does this project inspire more of this kind of greenery in social housing projects? What is the local government’s stance on this project? 
•    Are there sealing issues on the balconies caused by the trees? Can the windows be cleaned easily? Do the trees cast shadows on the apartments?
•    Is this form of greening appreciated by the residents? Is there an insect infestation?
